Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to submit a return request.
Return eligibility
Your item must be in the exact condition you received it – unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Return approval
If we approve your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or issues
Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make things right.
Non‑returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized orders, and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch.
Please note: sale items and gift cards are also non‑returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14‑day cooling‑off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
